Consultation

This is the first stage of bringing your landscape design to life; the initial consultation is a chance to discuss your ideas and mine, your requirements for the garden, likes and dislikes and any plans you may have for your garden in the future.

Fee: $150.00 plus GST

Prices for designs begin at $1500.00 plus GST for a small courtyard

Payment: Cash or cheque on completion of the consultation.

A quote for the design will then be sent to you within 24 hours of the consultation.

Concept design

Once the letter of agreement and 30% deposit have been received a site evaluation will then be carried out. Any elements not covered by the site plan will then be added. A concept plan will then be presented; the concept design will be based on the information gathered during the initial consultation and site visits.

Your new landscape design will include things like paving, retaining walls, water features and any other hard landscaping requirements.

Fee: 20% of the total quote

Payment: Cash or cheque on presentation of the concept design.
